| ３．授業科目のテーマと目的 Theme of the Course |
| 保険を利用するということは、保険会社と保険契約を締結するということである。したがって、保険の有効活用のためには、保険契約に対する理解が不可欠である。本演習においては、イギリス保険契約法に関する英語文献を講読し、その中で特に保険契約の当事者の利害を調整する法的仕組みである開示義務やワランティなどを取り上げ、それらがわが国の保険契約法における危険制限のシステムと如何に類似し、また相違するのかを明らかにすることにより、保険契約に対する理解を深めることを目的とする。
