Details	This paper reports the result of "sufferd companies' interview survey in Iwate prefecture",which excuted in Ofunato city, Rikuzentakada City, Kitakami City. The survey shows that evacuation style was 4 pattern,such as "collective evacuation with leader","individual evacuation to same place","break up, and go anywhere" and "leave to own judgment".All cases shows that owner or the person in charge stayed office for the last, and it coused high death rate.It suggests the necessity of assessing Tsunami evacuation of companies which will suffered from the Nankai Earthqwake.
