Details | Managing identity is an issue that has been dealt with in various contexts. This paper
explores the problem in identity management from the perspective of IT-enabled Services, with special emphasis on the Japanese context. It is an illustration of problems involved in the introduction of a unified national digital identification system in Japan. This paper also presents a framework, which serves to enhance ITeS characteristics of digital identification system in Japan. Results from a survey about trust are also included. |
