概要	Although more and more women are now working in various career fields, it is commonly recognized that the percentage of female supervisors is significantly less than that of male ones in general. Today's corporations need gender diversity to avoid masculine group-thinking when making important decisions. As a first step to achieving gender equality in corporations, it is important to understand gender difference in career aspiration in current and future workforce.
