| Details | フッ素化合物の肺サーファクタント応用への基盤研究である。炭素鎖長の異なるフッ素化両親媒性物質(FC12, 14, 16, 18)と肺胞モデル(リン脂質)との界面挙動を、熱力学的及び分子レベルで詳細に解析し、肺胞とフッ素化合物の相互作用を評価した。その結果、フッ素化合物の炭素差長や組成に依存してリン脂質との混和性に明確な差があることが判明した。 |
