| Details | フッ素化合物は代替血液等、様々な臨床応用が可能である。そこで、極性基の異なる2種の部分フッ素化合物の生体膜形成脂質(リン脂質)に対する影響を界面科学的に評価した。2種のフッ素化合物は共にリン脂質と界面において任意の割合で混和した。表面形態は極性基の差を明確に反映しており、両フッ素化合物/DPPC混合系の蛍光顕微鏡画像は明らかに異なっていた。 |
