| Details | アミノ酸18残基から成る両親媒性ペプチドについて、肺の呼吸運動に似た動的条件下(膜の連続した圧縮/膨張)での履歴現象と、その際の生体膜モデルとペプチドが形成する表面形態を蛍光顕微鏡や原子間力顕微鏡で観察した。そして、肺胞成分の界面拡散および吸着へのペプチドの影響を解析し、ペプチドの肺胞拡張機能を評価した。 |
