| Details | 棘皮動物より抽出したスフィンゴ糖脂質(セレブロシド)と生体脂質(コレステロール及びその硫酸塩)との相互作用を単分子膜手法により界面科学的に解析したものである。一定表面圧における混合単分子膜の分子面積(A)及び表面電位(⊿V)の加成性と、崩壊圧の組成依存性を表す相図から2成分の混和性の差を考察した。 |
